We are so sure you will love our bed sheets; Duvet covers and towels based on their quality. We also understand that you don’t know whether you’ll love sleeping on our bed sheets until you’ve tried them out. We stand behind our bed sheets. Please read our exchange, return & Hygiene policy.

Order Cancellation:

Due to the volumes of orders, there is NO guarantee that our customer service team will process cancellation on time. However, orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 2 to 5 hours (provided that order has not been shipped yet) as most orders are shipped within the same day.

12.0% service and processing fee applies on all order cancellations.

If your order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but it will apply to our return or exchange policy below.

RETURN POLICY

Please note:
– Returns DO NOT apply to FINAL SALE products
– The products must be returned in good condition and in original packaging. otherwise, a refund of 50% will be issued.
– If any free gift item is not returned with the order, its full retail price will be deducted from your refund.
– You must have the receipt and proof of purchase from Bed Sheet Canada Inc.
– We will not accept returns if purchases made from third-party retailers.
– The cost of return shipping is to be paid by the customer unless returned in person with return authorization from our customer support team.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

If you are not satisfied, contact us for an exchange within 30 days as long as the products are not used and all the packaging and protective covers are still intact.
You will have a free exchange when you bring our product(s) directly back to the store you purchased them from. If you are shipping the product back to the store where you purchased from you are responsible for the shipping charges for the return shipment(s).

HYGIEN REASON:

  • If you order any bed sheet set you will have FREE Shipping within Canada.
  • If your order is over than $120 you will have FREE shipping within Canada.
  • Delivery within Greater Toronto area (GTA) may take 1 to 3 business days. Same day delivery is also available with small fee on business day.
  • Delivery outside of Greater Toronto area (GTA) but within Canada may take 2 to 7 business days via Expedited, Canada Post.
  • All shipping & delivery including order processing are available on business days only.
  • Deliveries to APO/FPO/DPO addresses within Canada may require additional processing time.
  • All orders to USA over than $120 will have $25.00 shipping fees.
  • We DO NOT have any international shipping at this time.
